Ordering

The agreement is concluded when the restaurant has confirmed your order. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a link where you can follow your order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner incl. 25% VAT. Delivery fee, deposit and any discount are shown before you pay. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay when the restaurant offers it, or in cash/at pickup. If the restaurant rejects your order, the amount is refunded automatically.

Delivery and pickup

The delivery or pickup time shown is an estimate. Please check your order on receipt.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for food that deteriorates quickly or is made to your specifications (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(3) and (4)).

Alcohol

Beer and wine are only sold to persons over 18. You must be able to show valid ID on delivery or pickup.

Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, contact us right away on 50369427. You can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk, or via the European Commission’s complaint portal, ec.europa.eu/odr.
